That my dear mindsay people, is the question. Will Ryan and I stretch out our cash limit on this condo we're going to see tonight? Or will we go with the condo choice that's more affordable. I can honestly say at this point i'm tired of seeing the crap that people are trying to sell at these ridiculous list prices. They're not updated and cheap, or they're updated an expensive, or they're not updated, cheap and too small, or they're not updated, big and expensive. WTF! The one I just know we'll end up with I think is a bit smaller than our apt right now. That's not always the best situation for two people. We're gonna end up stepping on each other's toes. Fighting for closet space, throwing stuff out that we would otherwise keep. It's gonna be a mess. Not to mention Michigan Boy is a pile maker. I'll have to keep at him to keep it clean. I wish we had already walked into a condo and absolutely love it and actually scream "We'll Take It!". But alas, that has not been the case. We've always end up going home to reallly plot out the options we have and decide to keep looking or make an offer. As you know, two of our offers have been denied. Both times cause someone else beat us to it. This sucks. Why can't our luck be better. I guess it's just the tough market of the city. Wish us luck...someone? Anyone? Bueller?
