I went shopping saturday with a friend and found some great deals. I got a nice white button down blouse at JC Penney for $10 that was normally $30, cute ivory v-neck shirt with a key-hole neckline for $4.00 (Casual Corner is closing), I used my Bath and Body Works gift card $15 and bought a fresh smelling shower cream, and last but not least my new favorite pair of shoes from Nine West. I needed a new casual work shoe (and something to go with my new interview suit). I had a gift card from my lovely cousin Steph! So thanks to her I have these cute babies in black. The old school department stores are really underrated. I mean, JC and Sears, Carson's they've been around forever and they always have the best deals and the most frequent sales. I feel it's not all about labels - sometimes you just find a good deal and still look like your outfit costs hundreds. Shopping more often is the one reason I'm excited to get a new job...higher salary...more trips to the mall!
