My friend is having a belated Turducken dinner party and it's a pot luck. Oh - and Turducken is a completely boneless whole chicken with stuffing, stuffed inside a boneless stuffed duck which is stuffed in a boneless stuffed turkey. It's ssoooooooo good. I haven't a clue what to bring. Here's what others are bringing so far:

garlic mashed potatoes

butternut squash gratin

cheezy broccoli

scalloped potatoes

pumpkin pie

green beans

bread pudding

beef satay (yes...as an appetizer)

There will also be some random desserts and appetizers. I was thinking about making some jalepeno cheddar corn bread. But that's super easy. What else could I bring that could be a main side dish? Does anyone have an easy recipe to share? HELP! Thanks.
